desertECOLUTION is an exciting, new concept in networking. Our members and sponsors include the leaders of some of the valley's most forward thinking "green" companies. desertECOLUTION produces "eco-events" at our host hotel, the eco-conscious ACE Hotel in Palm Springs. desertECOLUTION's purpose is to provide an opportunity for the valley's green business leaders to network and explore new opportunities in the field of sustainability.

Living Eco-Wise seeks to "give back" to our desert communities whenever possible through advocacy, training and education. The Living Eco-Wise Community Training Program creates training programs and workshops on such topics as Building Performance, Natural Building, Greywater systems and community gardens. Our vision is to help our community members obtain access to career opportunities in the green tech sector, and achieve a greater level of self-sufficiency.

Catherine Romero is currently employed as an outreach advocate for abused women and children. She is co-founder of the desertEcolution Green Networking Group, and currently serves on the Desert Hot Springs Planning Commission. Catherine possesses a broad knowledge base and enthusiasm for Sustainable Building and Architecture.
Her strength in communicating sustainability concepts and tenets facilitates her work as a certified Eco-Consultant; advocating for green jobs creation, sustainable building practices and the creation of sustainable communities.
Yolanda Rustad is an owner and developer of green companies and initiatives. Her strengths include the ability to connect and coordinate people, services, and projects to facilitate efficient action. As co-founder of the desertECOLUTION Green Networking Group, she is at the forefront of promoting and supporting green businesses and entrepreneurs in the valley. Yolanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has worked at a variety of Fortune 500 companies such as FedEx and United Airlines. Most recently, she was employed as a Corporate Accounts Executive with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Living Eco-Wise Green Janitorial is committed to using only the highest quality non-toxic and biodegradable products available. That is why we use cleaning products recommended and registered by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and the Green Seal Program. We assist our clients with their recycling programs and sourcing eco-friendly alternatives for their cleaning needs.
